DOWN ESPAÑA
Project CoordinatorDOWN ESPAÑA represents 91 associations supporting people with Down syndrome nationwide since 1991. The organization promotes rights, inclusion, and autonomy through education, employment, health, and independent living programs.
Croatian Down Syndrome Association (HZDS)
PartnerFounded in 2005, HZDS coordinates 8 local Down syndrome associations and serves around 500 people with Down syndrome and their families. The organization focuses on healthcare, education integration, and employment support.
Incotera Association
PartnerEstablished in 2021, Incotera addresses social inclusion for people with Down syndrome through comprehensive services including information, counselling, and therapy.
Malta Association of Supported Employment (MASE)
PartnerMASE is a non-governmental organization focusing on supported employment for vulnerable groups. The organization represents Malta at EU level through the European Association for Supported Employment.

Technical PartnerAI4 (Artificial Intelligence for Advanced Solutions) is a technology and data solutions provider specializing in data analytics, web applications, and e-learning platforms across education, healthcare, and industry sectors.
