About Us

Lead Your Way Project

Our Mission

The 'Lead Your Way' (LYW) project aims to reduce the employment gap experienced by individuals with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities (DS/ID) by facilitating their inclusion in the open labour market through the application of supported employment techniques and a strategic use of digital tools.

Digital tools will be used to empower people with DS/ID in their employment process, to enhance the work of job coaches and to raise awareness among employers.

Through collaborative efforts across multiple European countries, we are developing innovative solutions that bridge the gap between potential employees with disabilities and inclusive employers ready to embrace diversity in their workforce.
