About the Project
Lead Your Way Project
Lead Your Way is an EU-funded initiative that aims to reduce the employment gap experienced by individuals with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities (DS/ID) by facilitating their inclusion in the open labour market through supported employment techniques and strategic use of digital tools.
Digital tools will be used to empower people with DS/ID in their employment process, to enhance the work of job coaches and to raise awareness among employers.
